Job Summary
Strategic role focused on engineering the GTM strategy for Grab's Omnicommerce business. Design sales planning frameworks for the offline-to-online ecosystem (Dine Out, Reservations, Loyalty), bridging high-level business strategy with on-the-ground sales execution. Define O2O GTM segmentation, value propositions, and sales motions; support Joint Business Planning and merchant hierarchies; create actionable sales playbooks, pitch narratives, and value calculators; streamline the end-to-end sales cycle and monitor GTM efficacy. Requires 2–3 years in Sales Planning, GTM, or BizDev with strong ability to align Marketing, Product, and Sales; proficient in building business plans, pipelines, and strategic partnerships; data-driven mindset and passion for scalable sales systems. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–3 years in Sales Planning, GTM, or BizDev (F&B/Tech preferred)
- Experience building business plans, pipelines, or commercial frameworks

- Ability to align Marketing, Product, and Sales on unified GTM plans
