Job Summary
Sales Associate at Colliers Canada with mentorship from a senior professional. Responsibilities include leading on-site tours of properties for clients and prospects, conducting business development through cold calling and lead identification, performing market information research using various tools, maintaining CRM+ records, and assisting with deal transactions (listing/commission agreements, leases, offers and sales agreements). Requirements include 1+ years of relevant sales experience and a Real Estate Trading license (or near completion). Required Qualifications
- Real Estate Trading license is required (or in process of obtaining/close to completion)
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with people at all levels
- Authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis
