Job Summary
Be involved in cold calling and prospecting for new business, follow up on leads to assist in deals, maintain databases to track prospects and opportunities, learn the Colliers process through training, coordinate materials for offers and review leases/ proposals, and prepare presentations and documents. The role aims to transition toward independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish, leveraging CRM and Excel for tracking, networking at events, and maintaining client relationships within the commercial real estate market.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California (or in process of obtaining)
- 1+ years of relevant sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing)
- CRM experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No visa sponsorship will be provided (1099 independent contractor)
