Job Summary
Coordinate and perform accurate processing of collateral, settlement, and stock loan activities using OCC systems (e.g., Encore) and external bank systems; monitor activity and ensure compliance with OCC rules, policies, and procedures. Interact daily with clearing members, banks, and exchanges to optimize processing; conduct audits and assist in responding to internal and external audit requests. Contribute to development and maintenance of OCC policies and procedures; provide training and leadership to Collateral Services staff. Analyze collateral, settlement, and stock loan data, presenting results to management and external parties; review applicable rules and agreements to ensure data integrity; respond to inquiries and problems from internal and external participants. Embrace a hybrid work environment with flexibility for in-office and remote work, and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 1 – 3 years of related work experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to cover various shifts and overtime, including weekends
