Associate Collaborative Manufacturing Operations Manager Ice Cream

The CM Operations team will drive high-level performance for Collaborative Manufacturing by managing CM capacity, improving schedule attainment and output reliability, capturing losses, and developing improvement plans to narrow gaps. You will partner with CM leaders, Planning, Procurement and Quality to understand technology, capacity, run rates and quality performance; establish weekly reporting and cadence of meetings; monitor operational performance across multiple CMs; conduct CM site visits focused on quality, performance and risk; develop strategies to maximize weekly attainment; support delivery of service and inventory targets; participate in and drive continuous improvement projects; lead supply-review sessions with senior leaders and ensure accountability for execution. Ideal candidates balance end-to-end thinking with ownership, thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and bring a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years in operations-related roles, plus experience in Demand/Supply Planning, KPI-driven performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency or exposure to SAP and Excel, plus a track record of project management and data-driven decision making, is highly valued; travel within North America is expected.
