Job Summary
Provide leadership, direction, and administration of direct patient care activities, nursing practice, and nursing education across nursing units; drive and model a culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient and family experience; operate within a hospital-based leadership structure with potential dual reporting; require advanced nursing degree and significant management and clinical experience to oversee nursing services and education development across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Five (5) years of experience in progressive management roles
- Ten (10) years of recent clinical experience
