Job Summary
Process clothing donations from intake to sales floor by sorting items into categories meeting Common Threads standards, separating non-conforming pieces for recycling, and hanging in-season stock while boxing off-season goods. Price items based on established guidelines after evaluating quality and condition, then stock racks in an organized manner. Maintain daily production metrics, adhere to all protocols, and share responsibility for cleaning the back room, breakroom, and restrooms. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift which is defined as any shift that includes closing the store on Friday evening through an open or closing shift on Saturday or Sunday
- Ability to stand/walk and work consistently for short periods of time without sitting
- Ability to walk, twist, pull, and push
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of brands, trends, vintage, designer, and seasonal item
