Job Summary
Provide clinical services with supervision, including completing psychosocial assessments and facilitating individual, family, and group therapy. Manage discharge planning and aftercare services within inpatient or outpatient treatment processes while creating and signing treatment plans. Participate in diagnostic conferences, family feedback sessions, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Maintain clinical supervision with a board-approved supervisor, disclosing all relevant case information and adhering to laws, ethics, and organizational policies. Communicate safety concerns promptly to the supervisor and team. Requires an accredited master's degree in social work or mental health counseling, a Texas license (LMSW, LPC-A, or LMFT-A) obtained within 30 days of hire, a valid Texas driver's license, and dependable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of accredited master's degree in social work or mental health counseling
- Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate in the state of Texas
- Must have license within 30 days of hire
- Valid TX driver's license
- Dependable automobile
- Clean drivers record
- Fully insured (passenger coverage)
- Behavioral health field placements as part of graduate training
