Job Summary
Coordinate mental health support services for members and their families, including collaboration with external agencies such as the Conservator's Office, Public Guardian's Office, and housing providers. Assist in the coordination of all team-based mental health support services while delivering direct service to individuals with schizophrenia spectrum disorders or other psychotic disorders. Utilize personal or company vehicles to drive clients to appointments and groups, adhering to a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences: Must have ASW, AMFT, or APCC. Must be valid and current.
- A Master's Degree in Social Sciences
- One (1) year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
