Job Summary
Associate Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning and care for own caseload across the lifespan, completes notes, and attends weekly supervision. Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor & Regional Practice Director; follows established clinical protocols; represents the practice professionally; supports operational needs in office and clinical consultation. Requires CA BBS registration (AMFT/ASW/APCC) in California, ability to work prime-time hours (including evenings/weekends/holidays), and strong communication and organizational skills. The role is 31 hours/week, two to four days on-site with some virtual activity across California; base hourly rate $30–$44 with comprehensive benefits for full-time eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid registration with the CA BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California
- Able to provide direct care and complete concurrent documentation
- Proficient in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Bilingual fluency is a plus
