Job Summary
Provide direct clinical care across the lifespan, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care for children, teens, adults, and families; complete and review treatment notes; participate in weekly supervision; collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and Practice Director to maintain high-quality client care and adherence to established protocols; coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive client experience; utilize Google Workspace and EHR systems for documentation; demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and reliability; CA BBS registration as AMFT/ASW/APCC required; evenings/weekends availability; remote work across California available in addition to San Diego on-site role; bilingual skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid registration with the CA BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC in California
- Ability to provide direct care and complete concurrent documentation
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficient in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills
- Bilingual fluency a plus
