Job Summary
Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols, while cultivating relationships with key personnel to drive unit growth and retention. Identify workflow improvements in clinical processes and test fulfillment, then educate medical professionals on Natera tools for effective order management. Utilize internal reports to track key performance indicators related to fulfilled order volume and patient retention. Partner with sales reps, patient coordinators, and territory managers to achieve optimal outcomes for patients and providers. Requires 25-50% travel and occasional evening or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Thrives in ambiguous environments
- Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Must act with a sense of urgency
- Have a strong desire to work in a fast-pace environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers
- Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail
- Fluent in understanding data spreadsheets and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn software and reporting systems
- Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times
- 25-50% travel required
