Job Summary
ACOS will contribute to account sales, service, and support activities for Oncology products in the North Orlando and surrounding areas, focusing on optimizing patient testing protocols, supporting territory objectives, building relationships with oncology accounts, and driving patient retention and unit growth. Responsibilities include growing and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing patient testing to ensure protocol adherence, coordinating logistics, understanding Natera Oncology tools, and partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve optimal patient and provider outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background or a Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail
