Job Summary
Lead clinical teams across multiple primary care centers while overseeing quality metrics and driving performance in a fully capitated Medicare Advantage model. Coach and mentor physicians, support recruitment and onboarding, and maintain a small clinical panel of approximately 100 patients annually. Partner with operations leadership to ensure consistent execution of the care model, focusing on reducing hospitalizations and ER utilization through proactive, relationship-driven management. Work Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or call, reporting to a market-level leadership structure.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related)
- Proven physician leadership experience in a multi-site or team-based environment
