Associate Clinical Director - Cardiac Intermediate Care, Pavilion 9

Direct patient care services within the 30-bed cardiac intermediate unit, coordinating customer services and leading the nursing unit under the Clinical Director. Assign workloads, manage operational functions, and ensure quality, cost-effective care through interdepartmental coordination. Lead the patient care team to meet departmental objectives, facilitate educational activities, and serve as a liaison between nursing and medical staff to resolve conflicts. Maintain patient clinical records and treatments while driving staff development and evaluation processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, NJ RN license, and 2+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership.
