Job Summary
Associate Clinical Consultant or Clinical Consultant to support clients and patients in the Wichita, KS area. Demonstrate the value and impact of the Impella portfolio to physicians and hospital staff; advise Interventional Cardiologists and Surgeons in patient selection; participate in implants; provide comprehensive guidance on product use; develop knowledge of therapies and applications; deliver education and clinical demos; collect outcome data and communicate activities with the team. Responsibilities include educating customers, conducting demonstrations and trainings for new and existing accounts, setting up 1:1 physician meetings, hosting physician programs, and collaborating with sales on awareness programs. Travel up to 50% within territory to support clinical activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct RN/NP/PA or Reg Tech patient support in an ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab or Cardiovascular OR experience
- 2+ years of commercial sales experience related to products and technologies utilized in the cardiovascular space
- Ability to advance sales process with customers
- Availability to travel 50% within territory
- RN License strongly preferred
- ECMO experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering clinical training
