Job Summary
Address customer inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring resolution within specified timelines. Assist clients in comprehending solution functionality and resolving reporting challenges by reviewing data in Excel, JSON, XML, and FPML formats against technical specifications. Collaborate with product, application support, and development teams to identify bugs, test implemented fixes, and contribute to User Acceptance Testing. Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify data inconsistencies and manage substantial amounts of data effectively. Timely escalation of issues and proper follow-up until resolution are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel
- SQL understanding at an intermediate level
- Freshers or demonstrated experience in financial markets or fintech
- Understanding of the trade lifecycle across major financial asset classes including securities finance, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives
- Ability to comprehend technical concepts
- Competence in querying and extracting data from databases
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and possesses a robust analytical skillset
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving prowess
- Capable of managing substantial amounts of data effectively
- Exhibits autonomy while also thriving in a team environment

Desired Qualifications
- Completion of any financial certifications such as FRM or CFA would be a plus
- Experience with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, MAS, CFTC, SEC, and SFTR regulatory operations will be a plus
