Job Summary
Associate, Client Success Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships from onboarding through execution, renewals, and growth conversations; coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients and deliver campaigns on time and with quality; respond to client questions and resolve issues quickly; understand client goals and identify opportunities to expand solutions and improve performance; monitor campaign performance, share insights, and recommend optimizations to drive results; capture client feedback and partner with internal teams to inform process improvements and product enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management, sales, or other client-facing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and build client trust
- Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common productivity tools
