Job Summary
Associate, Client Success – Fleet Coach executes day-to-day fleet and client-support activities, manages client requests, coordinates actions, resolves issues, and ensures a consistent, high-quality client experience. The role leverages knowledge of the client and Element’s products/services, supports reporting for the Client Success team, backs up other Client Success Partners, and escalates complex inquiries to subject-matter experts while applying critical thinking, problem solving, and root-cause analysis to drive solutions. Base responsibilities include responsive service delivery, exception management to ensure timely follow-up, and contributing to client goal achievement and account retention and growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years relevant customer service or client account management experience in a B2B service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
