Job Summary
Seeking an Associate, Client Success to execute fleet transactions, support product and asset management, and enhance client experiences. Requires customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs, and at least one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Client experience
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
- Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v- look ups, pivot table etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated and professional team player
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
Desired Qualifications
- BS/BA in business or related field preferred
- Experience working with Electric Vehicles (EVs)
