Job Summary
Support team members on client projects and Network Member engagement while recruiting new experts through targeted lead generation and timely outreach. Build understanding of client strategies and industry sectors to vet the best experts for projects, then schedule and confirm critical calls between clients and Network Members. Proactively engage with Network Members to gauge their fit and collaborate with client-facing teams to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations. Learn and uphold compliance policies to protect engagement integrity while mentoring future Associates as you become tenured.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- 1-2 years of working experience in a client facing role
- Confident and strong communication (oral and written)
- interpersonal skills
- motivation to work on the phone daily with Network Members and potential recruits
- Ability to work responsibly and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively
- High motivation to exceed personal weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly digest and implement feedback and coaching
- Eagerness to learn about new topics, industries, and companies
