Job Summary
Assist senior associates in developing valuation models, performing analytic research, and writing reports for client fair market valuations of energy generation and manufacturing assets. Collect, analyze, and correlate data to support cost, market, and income approach analyses, while maintaining research databases and files. This role supports the Energy & Infrastructure Practice's work on mergers, acquisitions, financing, and tax reporting for national valuation consulting clients.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. work authorization
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Intermediate/advanced understanding of financial theory, business transactions, general accounting and federal tax issues
- Possess analytical skills
- Have the willingness to learn and execute supportable analyses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Professional presence
- Self-starter
- Relationship focused (with team members)
Desired Qualifications
- Valuation experience
- Renewable energy industry knowledge
- CFA, ASA candidacy
