Job Summary
Own expert engagement end to end, including sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling for clients evaluating fast-moving industries like grocery eCommerce and aviation. Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones while delivering on tight timelines across multiple client workstreams. Understand business problems quickly to match them with relevant industry expertise, driving outcomes through sound judgment and relentless follow-through. This night shift, fixed schedule role supports the NYC office with a hybrid environment in Makati, Philippines (3 days on-site, up to 2 days WFH). New grads and experienced hires are welcome, with no sponsorship required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Strong academic performance
- 0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship
- Must be available for night shift fixed schedule
- Must be available for hybrid work environment with 3 days on-site in Makati
- Must be available for 5 Days on-site during the initial training period and until achievement of KPI
- Must be able to conduct professional phone calls
- Must be able to write clear, concise emails to senior executives
- Must have strong fluency in verbal and written English
- Must thrive in deadline-driven environments
