Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of a client processing support team within the Fund Order Processing group, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating with internal operating areas and external clients. Oversee processing updates to client accounts and company records, support business and technology managers, and handle escalated inquiries and complex problems. Collaborate with technology and systems teams to ensure efficient systems with necessary risk mitigations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance (or related field) and typically 3+ years of experience in transaction processing in financial services. Must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
