Job Summary
Client Order Management Associate at BlackRock within Global Investment Operations. Responsibilities include facilitating and coordinating distributor investment instructions, onboarding, reconciliation, and the notification/execution of orders with a focus on accuracy, risk control, and high client service. Collaborates with Portfolio Management, Relationship Managers, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Onboarding, and other Operational Teams; develops technical knowledge and supports automation, system testing, and firmwide projects. Requires a BS/BA (preferred) in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field, 3-5 years of investment experience (internships acceptable), and fluency in English and Spanish. Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, analytical ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Hybrid work model in Mexico City with at least 4 days in the office and 1 day remote; travel and schedule flexibility as needed.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of investment experience is helpful.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
