Associate Client Manager

Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding channel partner relationships; collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals; develop relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers; negotiate and renegotiate contracts to align objectives; gather customer and market insights to inform product/content improvements; provide feedback to internal teams. Hybrid role requiring weekly in-office presence in Dayton, OH (Mondays and Tuesdays).
