Associate Client Executive

Quote, bind, and service new and renewal accounts while assisting with product development by tracking client needs. Respond to client information requests, coordinate with departments, and clear with Brokers. Update senior-level Brokers and Supervisors on issues, progress, and status. Produce placement slips, cover notes, and policies; trace payments, and collect premiums. Analyze documents, bond forms, banking terms, and indemnity agreements for surety transactions. Examine and interpret industry-specific financial statements. Maintain business relationships, train new employees, and monitor workflow. Work hybrid, onsite three days per week with an anchor day for full team collaboration.
