Associate Client Executive M/F Nordic Marine Cargo

Associate Client Executive (ACE) for Nordic Marine Cargo at Marsh McLennan in Stockholm. Responsibilities include supporting the Client Executive and Marine Cargo brokers in day-to-day client management, attending and preparing for client meetings, following up on actions, and helping deliver presentations and reports; coordinating and managing Marine Cargo renewals and insurance placement processes; maintaining and updating client records and policy documentation; monitoring risk information and client communications; collaborating with Nordic and local operations teams and EBSC in Warsaw; assisting with invoicing and ensuring premium confirmations and invoices are processed; identifying client needs and cross-sell opportunities, onboarding and preparing contract drafts and proposals; maintaining high data quality and contributing to process improvements. Required a some experience in insurance broking, client service, account management or related roles; fluent in English and Swedish; IDD licence is required but can be obtained in the role. The role supports a flexible/hybrid working model with regular in-office presence three days per week at the Stockholm location.
