Associate Client Executive M/F Nordic Marine Cargo

Associate Client Executive to support Nordic Marine Cargo brokers/placement specialist and Client Executive (CE) in delivering client service, managing renewals and documentation, and driving execution across the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, following up on actions, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating Marine Cargo renewals and insurance placement, maintaining client records in portals and systems, updating risk information and claims logs, ensuring invoicing and premium confirmations are processed, supporting onboarding and draft proposals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, comfort with multiple priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and Swedish. An IDD licence is required but can be obtained in the role. The role supports a hybrid working model with regular office presence in Stockholm.
