Job Summary

Handle a high volume of claims with a focus on financial accuracy, appropriate file disposition, and adherence to statutory guidelines. Investigate auto bodily injury claims to determine liability exposures and subrogation, while working with attorneys and unrepresented parties. Provide exceptional customer service by establishing effective relationships and utilizing critical thinking to gather analytical information for sound decisions. Continually evaluate performance against targets and leverage contemporary technology to achieve accurate and efficient claim outcomes. Complete multi-week New Hire Training and obtain a State Adjuster's License within 30 business days of completion. Annualized base pay ranges from $56,391 to $84,587.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience adjusting auto claims for a minimum of 1 year within Property Damage Only
  • State Adjuster's License to process Property & Casualty Insurance Claims in the states supported by your office
  • Successfully complete a multi-week New Hire Training Course
  • Obtain a passing score on the final course assessment of the New Hire Training
  • Obtain and maintain a State Adjuster's License to process Property & Casualty Insurance Claims
  • Pass the Licensing exam(s) within 30 business days from the completion of the licensing training
  • No schedule conflicts during training
