Job Summary
As an Associate Claims Examiner, you will begin your career learning how to investigate, evaluate, and help resolve claims, including low-complexity exposures. You will review claim information to determine coverage and determine next steps, assist with evaluating potential exposures, prepare and distribute claim reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Underwriting. The role involves traveling to other claim offices and conferences as needed, mentoring with senior examiners, and supporting cross-functional collaboration within Claims. The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and a claims adjuster license (or eligibility). Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, are essential. Required Qualifications
