Job Summary
Associate, Recruiter in China to support end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, including talent sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder coordination. Partner with location HR Business Advisor and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, deliver against timelines, and ensure processes align with local requirements and firm policies. Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruitment (role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, onboarding handoff), maintaining pipelines and metrics, inclusive sourcing to support diversity objectives, and escalating risks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within banking or financial services
- Proven ability to support full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in simplified Chinese, supporting the China market
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner effectively with stakeholders
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of risk and controls and ability to follow established recruiting processes and documentation requirements
