Job Summary
Associate Portfolio Chief of Staff role supports portfolio companies with consulting-type projects (e.g., go-to-market redesign, pricing strategy, M&A integration, new product launches), develops scalable toolkits and resources, supports investment governance and reporting, and helps build internal capabilities for the firm. Requires 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or strategy/operations, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects while traveling up to 25%. Location is Nashville, TN; in-person work arrangement.
