Job Summary
Provide clinical expertise to inform the design, development, and iteration of AI-driven healthcare products. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, features, and roadmaps. Serve as a clinical subject matter expert in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Travel to customer sites to provide clinical support, gather user feedback, and ensure successful product adoption. Ensure all products meet high safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Validate the clinical relevance, accuracy, and usability of AI models and tools. Partner with internal teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback. Work closely with the GTM team to translate clinical insights into impactful product solutions. Act as a clinical leader and mentor for internal teams. Advocate for evidence-based approaches and patient-centered care throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical licensure
- 5+ years of experience in clinical practice
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare product development (e.g., digital health, medical devices, or AI applications)
- Proven ability to translate clinical needs into product specifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and FDA guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- East Coast–based candidates
- 20% to 40% travel
