Job Summary
Build and grow the client base through networking, referrals, events, and community contacts while conducting strategic analysis and developing detailed financial models aligned with clients' plans. Identify turnaround strategies, guide clients through plant expansions and business restructuring, and assess the competitive landscape to identify future implications. Evaluate financial risks, prepare forecasts and financing scenarios, write reports on capital management, and plan short- and long-term cash flows. Negotiate bank, vendor, and customer agreements to reduce working capital requirements, establish credit policies to improve collections, and develop negotiation strategies with lenders. Requires a CPA designation with 20+ years of experience, full Ontario driver's license for client commutes, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation
- 20+ years of successful financial and business leadership experience
- Experience generating business leads through effective relationship building
- Ability to identify and assess financial issues and prepare effective, client-focused solutions
- Persuasive communicator with the ability to motivate others to take action
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of integrity

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of a variety of ERP systems
