Job Summary
Build and grow a client base through networking, referrals, events, and community contacts while conducting strategic analysis to develop detailed financial models aligned with clients' plans. Identify turnaround strategies, guide business restructuring options, and assess competitive landscapes to identify future implications. Evaluate financial risks, prepare forecasts and financing scenarios, and write reports on capital management. Plan cash flows, develop revenue and expense plans, and negotiate agreements with banks, vendors, and customers to reduce working capital. Establish credit policies to improve collections and reduce bad debt. Requires a CPA designation with 20+ years of leadership experience, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and reliable transportation with a full Ontario driver's license for client commutes.

- CPA designation
- 20+ years of successful financial and business leadership experience
- Ability to identify and assess financial issues and prepare effective, client-focused solutions
- Persuasive communicator with the ability to motivate others to take action
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of integrity
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Resourceful, analytical, and confident in decision making and problem solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of a variety of ERP systems
- Highly proficient email and calendar management skills
