Job Summary
The Associate Center Director is responsible for maintaining all donor center functions and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Duties include overseeing employee training, managing payroll records, analyzing operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and optimizing operational costs. A degree is required along with up to 3 years of related experience and people management skills. Strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to work flexible hours are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and periodically after hours
Desired Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of related experience
- Operations and/or process management/supervisory experience
- People management experience
- Experience with fiscal management and/or budgeting
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
