Associate - Cayman Compliance Services

Associate – Cayman Compliance Services at Waystone (12-month fixed-term contract) joining the Cayman Compliance Services team to proactively manage and support CCS clients and stakeholders while assisting the Business Unit with ongoing operational risk deliverables. Responsibilities include relationship management support across client touchpoints, implementing internal and operating controls, coordinating cross-team efforts for timely client responses, identifying process improvements and workflow efficiencies, preparing detailed CCS management reports, developing knowledge of Waystone operations and regulatory implications, training new joiners, managing day-to-day workflows to ensure compliant and timely client inquiries, supporting Cayman and BVI domiciled funds, procuring reporting metrics and decision management data, escalating matters as required, supporting ad hoc projects, fostering a positive team environment, and monitoring Money Laundering Reporting functions including AML/CFT compliance and board reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years in legal/financial services or similar, client-facing background, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and asset experience in offshore environment and with Cayman Islands and Ireland AML guidance; proficiency with MS Office and information management software. Remote/work arrangement is hybrid with offices in Central, Hong Kong.
