Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or university in business, supply chain or related field preferred; or one or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• •Supply chain experience within a fast paced, engineering driven manufacturing environment desired, but not required
• •Strong communications skills in a variety of mediums
• •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical documents, reports, data, procedures, or governmental regulations in English
• •Ability to write reports, business correspondence, electronic mail, work instructions and procedures, as examples, in English
• •Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, suppliers, internal customers and other employees of the organization
• •Ability to effectively conduct meetings in person and with technology assistance
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• •Ability to compute data using standardized and complicated formulae
• •Ability to calculate volumes, quantities, discounts, proportions, percentages, etc
• •Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages
• •Ability to utilize data to make business decisions
• •Ability to perform calculations, comparisons and operations using different currencies and units of measure
• •Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• •Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• •Advanced use of technology (spreadsheets, email, word processing and presentation software)
• •Ability to effectively utilize AI tools such as Claude, CoPilot, etc. to enhance your daily work quality and performance without releasing confidential data externally
• •Ability to learn and utilize pertinent modules of an ERP system
