Job Summary
Join Fleet Farm as an Associate Category Manager focused on convenience store categories such as snacks, beverages, and grocery. Responsibilities include collaborating with Category Managers for merchandise selection, developing merchandising strategies, supporting sales planning and forecasting, analyzing category performance data, negotiating contracts, and maintaining stock levels. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, possessing strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of retail financials including revenue, COGS, gross profit margin, and operating expenses
- Familiarity with customer-centric retailing and consumer purchase analytics
- Strong organizational skills
