Associate Category Manager Bags & Accessories at Crocs, responsible for supporting the Category Manager of out licensing across bags, accessories, socks, and related categories; coordinate across multiple functions; manage product data and approvals; analyze market trends; collaborate with vendor partners; contribute to product briefing and alignment with category objectives and consumer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years category management or product line management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product management, merchandising or a related field
- Basic understanding of the product creation lifecycle
- Strong organizational skills & time management
- Precise attention to detail
- Capacity to accept constructive coaching and feedback and implement improvements
- Ability to think critically and gather information to solve problems
- Capacity to work cross-functionally & collaboratively with a positive attitude and upholding professionalism and respect
- Enthusiasm for one’s work and a desire to grow in one’s role
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a varied and evolving environment
