Associate Category Leader - EMEA Packaging

Negotiate with dedicated providers to secure optimal contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Define supplier strategy by managing and optimizing supplier panels, allocating needs, and negotiating terms for transmission to Procurement. Manage claims and support commercial sourcing activities including data analysis and purchasing. Execute functional policy and strategy using technical expertise to solve problems and impact projects within the packaging discipline. Provide informal guidance to new team members and communicate design and coordination services to colleagues.
