此職位為正職排班型,需在台灣台北地區以混合工作形式執行。主要責任包括獨立執行與管控新供應商建檔、成本調整與商品映射,全面負責最終數據品質;以 Excel 監控數據健康度,遇到異常時主動提報並描述問題對營運的影響;跨部門協調以確保跨團隊需求與系統設定的一致性,並追蹤問題直到解決;提出營運洞察與改進建議,協助主管優化工作流程;遇到緊急數據錯誤時,能快速判定影響範圍並整合資源修復。基本條件包括高階 Excel 操作能力、強烈自主作業與解決問題的溝通風格,以及兩年相關實務經驗。此職位具部分遠端工作性質,工作地點以台北市為主,並以混合辦公與遠端的方式進行日常任務與跨部門協作。
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of practical experience in ecommerce, supply chain or large data processing environments
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, nested logical formulas)
- Independent work ability with capability to manage and audit deliverables
- Proactive communication and cross-team coordination to align pricing/system settings
