Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the team responsible for ICSR management, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes for assigned projects. Provide support to project team activities on behalf of the client and company while line managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency, then propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead. Manage ICSR deviations with support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases. Operate as the assigned team subject matter expert and support other SMEs. This role is part of a global pharmacovigilance specialist team dedicated to interpreting safety data and protecting patients from early development through post-marketing surveillance.
