Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes. Provide support to project team activities on behalf of the client and company while line-managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency, proposing process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead. Manage ICSR deviations with support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and participate in ICSR processing and second quality control. Operate as the assigned team subject matter expert and support other SMEs. This role requires a life science graduate or healthcare qualification with extensive pharmacovigilance line management experience.
