Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the ICSR management team for selected projects by ensuring adequate task distribution, overseeing workflow processes, and assuring effective cooperation with clients. Line manage assigned ICSR staff, create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and training, and propose process changes to the Operational Lead. Manage ICSR deviations with support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and participate in ICSR processing and second quality control. Operate as the assigned team subject matter expert while supporting other SMEs. Requires extensive pharmacovigilance experience in a line manager role, excellent communication skills, and strong delegation and time management abilities.
