Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes. Assure effective cooperation with clients while line managing assigned ICSR staff and creating project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and training. Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead, manage deviations with support, and review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy. Operate as the assigned team SME, supporting other SMEs and participating in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases. Requires a life science or healthcare qualification with extensive pharmacovigilance experience in a line manager role, strong communication and delegation skills, and the ability to multitask effectively within a global team focused on patient safety and regulatory navigation.
