Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Job Summary
Lead the team responsible for ICSR management, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes for assigned projects. Provide support to other project team activities on behalf of the client and company while line-managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and increase team efficiency, proposing process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead. Manage ICSR deviations with support, review tracker and timesheet data for accuracy, and participate in ICSR processing and second quality control. Operate as the assigned team subject matter expert to support other SMEs.
Required Qualifications
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigivance
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance within which demonstrated work experience in line manager role
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Organization skills, including attention to details and multitasking
- Delegation skills
- Planning and time management
- Team working
