Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing the workflow process. Assure effective cooperation with clients in the area of ICSR Management while creating and maintaining project-specific KPIs to optimize procedures and team efficiency. Line manage assigned ICSR staff, manage deviations with Operational Lead support, and operate as the assigned team SME. Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy, propose process changes, and provide support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and company.
