Associate Case Processing Manager (Line Management position)

Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects, ensuring adequate task distribution and overseeing workflow processes. Provide support to project team activities on behalf of the client and company while line managing assigned ICSR staff. Create and maintain project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, propose process changes to the Operational Lead, and manage ICSR deviations with support. Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure accuracy, operate as the assigned team subject matter expert, and support other SMEs. Manage ICSR processing and second quality control of cases. This role supports Ergomed Group's mission to bring safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment to patients globally through collaborative partnerships in clinical research and pharmacovigilance.
